Today begins “crush week”. This means it is the end of the cycle and their job is to make you hurt.
Since yesterday was a test day, there was no lift, instead there was more muscle crushing active recovery work in the middle.
work was on calves and triceps
Took me close to 18 minutes to complete. Several minutes longer than most of the other people. It was tough, rainy and I was wearing the wrong shoes. Regardless, I got it done.
It fell off at Alpine Valley.
I feel like I lost my cell phone.
I lost mine in Chicago on the way to the airport after the marathon … my only thought was, “but I didn’t get to sync all those steps from Sunday …”
Now I have a new one and I’m still just as neurotic about it as ever. :)
